About this calculator
The temperature adjustment assumes the cure rate changes by a factor of 1.5 for every 10 °F. Raise the temperature 10 °F and the time drops by a third; lower it 10 °F and the time grows by half.
Parts thicker than 1/4" need extra time for heat to reach the centre. The calculator adds 10 minutes for each additional 1/4" when the part is heated from one side (autoclave or oven), and 5 minutes when it is heated from both sides (molding).
